V-Nee Yeh, Chairman
V-Nee is Chairman of HCIH, the single family office for the multi-generational Yeh family. He is also currently a Board Member of the Columbia University Investment Management Company (Endowment).
V-Nee Yeh has over 35 years of sophisticated proprietary investment experience.
He was a Member of the Executive Council of the Hong Kong Government; a Member of the Board of the Takeovers and Mergers Panel Hong Kong; a Member of Board of the Takeovers Appeal Committee of the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong; a Member of Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Committee and a Member of the Listing Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (mainland China).
He is currently the Hon. Chairman of Value Partners Group; Advisory Board Chairman of HS Group; Non-Executive Chairman of Samena Capital and Chairman of Argyle Street Management.
V-Nee is a graduate of Williams College and also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia University’s School of Law.
Glen Selikowitz, Senior Advisor
Glen is the Managing Director of Ritam, the family office of Gretel Packer and her children.
He is also the Chair of Quenter, the family office of the Cantarella family.
Glen was instrumental in setting up both Ritam and Quenter and his current role includes strategic, legal and governance advice, investment strategy and manager selection.
During his more than 25 years as a corporate and commercial lawyer, Glen helped resolve a number of high profile and complex disputes, and led a number of significant domestic and cross border
transactions.
Glen served as a member of the advisory board of the NBL.
He holds an economics degree, law degree (cum laude) and post graduate tax diploma (Distinction).
Joel Alsfine, Senior Advisor
Joel is currently a Senior Advisor at Michael Dell’s family office. Prior to this strategic role, he was Head of Tactical Investments at the family office group since 2014.
As the Head of the Tactical Investments group, he led a team that draws upon the family office’s investment experience and external relationships to invest flexibly across a variety of asset classes.
Before this role he was the Head of Strategic Block investing in public companies for the group. Joel joined this family office in 2002, after working at TG Capital Corp and McKinsey and Co, Inc.
Joel hold’s Board positions at CC Neuberger Principal Holdings, Party City Holdco Inc, Asbury Automotive Group and Life Time Inc.
He received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1996 and his Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in 1990 from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
Chris Workman, Senior Advisor
Chris is a Strategic Advisor. He is the immediate past CIO of the Michael and Susan Dell Private Foundation.
Chris was CIO and Senior Portfolio Manager for the proprietary investment portfolio supporting the aims and objectives of the Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, as well as other proprietary pools of capital internally. He has spent 17 years at the family office for Michael Dell, beginning as a senior analyst.
Prior to Michael Dell's family office, Chris worked at Goldman Sachs. Prior to this, Chris saw active service in Iraq as a tank platoon commander with the 1st Armoured Division of the US Army.
Chris graduated cum laude (Political Economy) from Princeton University and received a Law degree and then an MBA from the University of Michigan.
John Ng, Senior Advisor
John heads the proprietary family investment program at the Lee family office. He is also the CFO of Lee Kum Kee Health Products Group with businesses in healthcare, venture capital and property investing.
Prior to joining the Lee family, John served as the Managing Partner of Landmark Capital, the Asian investment platform for Swiss industrialist Thomas Schmidheiny’s family office.
John gained his strategic planning and corporate M&A experience from Hutchison Port Holdings. He was previously with Lehman Brothers as well PwC in New York. John is the Co-Chairman of HKPEFA and on the Family Office Committee of HKVCA.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and graduated from Harvard Business School’s executive education program.
Alex Pestalozzi, Senior Advisor
Alex is a former investment banker now managing the family office of Theo Mueller in Asia.
Theo Mueller is the sole owner of one of the largest privately held dairy companies, with Eur 8
billion in annual turnover.
Alex focusses on identifying compelling investment opportunities in the consumer space (funds) and
on building robust direct investing deal flow within Asia and the emerging markets. He is also
significantly involved with the operational expansion of the dairy business through various initiatives
in different Asian countries, including China.
Alex also has a keen interest in the alternative protein thematic – specifically finding an alternative
sustainable protein source that is more effective and resource efficient than current market
solutions.
He is also a senior member of the Investment Committee of Mueller Ventures, and sits on the board
of an Israeli cell based company.
Alex holds a Master’s degree of Economics from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and is a
Graduate of the Stanford Executive Program. He is a Swiss citizen currently located in Hong Kong.
Keith Siebert, Senior Advisor
Keith is an independent Advisor. He was previously the Head of Alternative Investments at CMC family office in Palo Alto, CA
Keith led all CMC’s investment activities in hedge funds and public securities. He has many years’ experience investing in hedge funds primarily in a family office setting – first as a Partner and Head of Manager Research at LyonRoss Capital Management, and as Deputy Chief Investment Officer at AI International family office. Prior to this Keith was a senior investment officer at Lasair Capital in New York City.
Before his direct hedge fund investing experience, Keith was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where he held management roles within multiple divisions.
He earned his MBA in Finance and International Business at New York University, a Master of International Affairs degree at Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Wesleyan University.
